First Vessel Construction Complete

Hyarks is proud to announce the completion of construction on our first autonomous surface vessel. Built at our shipyard in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, this vessel represents years of engineering, design iteration, and hands-on craftsmanship — from raw aluminum to a fully outfitted hull ready for systems integration.

Hull and Superstructure

The aluminium hull was fabricated and welded in-house, with the superstructure fitted up on the assembly jig. Every weld and joint was inspected to meet classification standards, ensuring the vessel is built to withstand the demanding conditions of open-ocean operations.

Deck Panels and Structural Frames

Precision-cut deck panels and structural frames form the backbone of the vessel. Each component was fabricated to exact specifications before being integrated into the main hull assembly.

What Comes Next

With construction complete, the vessel now enters the systems integration phase — where propulsion, navigation, autonomy software, and sensor payloads will be installed and tested. Sea trials are planned for later this year.
